The Yamas and Niyamas are virtues for self development that focus our thoughts and our actions so that we cultivate harmonious relationships with the world around us and ourselves. If you are interested in deepening your understanding of the practice of Yoga beyond the physical postures, this course will give you plenty of ways to dive deeper, contemplate, and expand your awareness.
